Key skills required to be successful in this role include:

  • - Inbound/outbound customer service experience;
  • - Exceptional command of English language;
  • - Experience with scheduling and coordinating technicians and service agents;
  • - Having working knowledge of Quickbooks Online, Word, Excel, and comfortable with phone-based apps;
  • - Managing customer objections and troubleshooting basic alarm problems; - Having a high attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
