Key skills required to be successful in this role include:
- - Inbound/outbound customer service experience;
- - Exceptional command of English language;
- - Experience with scheduling and coordinating technicians and service agents;
- - Having working knowledge of Quickbooks Online, Word, Excel, and comfortable with phone-based apps;
- - Managing customer objections and troubleshooting basic alarm problems; - Having a high attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
